Terms of Use
These terms govern the use of the Dwelvia service (dwelvia.app) — a web app for space planning, cost estimation and building services. By using the service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Service description
The service lets you create and edit plans, generate variants, calculate estimates and materials, design building services, share projects and collaborate. Functionality may change, expand or be temporarily unavailable.
Account
- You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials safe and for actions in your account.
- Data provided at registration must be accurate; sign-in is available via email or Google.
- We may suspend an account for breach of these terms or abuse.
Your content and rights to it
Your projects (plans, estimates, settings) belong to you. To provide the service, you grant Dwelvia a
limited license to store, process and display this content — solely to operate the features you use (including
storage, sharing at your discretion, and processing by the AI assistant at your command). You can export a
project as a .dwelvia file and delete your data at any time.
AI features
- The AI assistant and plan generation provide suggestions/variants that may be inaccurate or incomplete — verify them and confirm with a professional.
- How AI requests are processed is described in the Privacy Policy (what data is sent and to whom). Do not enter confidential data into the assistant.
- Availability and limits of AI features may depend on your plan.
Acceptable use
You must not: break the law or others' rights; attempt to hack, overload or bypass the service's protections; access others' projects without permission; automatically scrape the service's data or logic; or use the service for harmful or deceptive content.
Plans and payment
Basic features may be free; some features may be paid (per plan). The terms of a specific paid plan (price, limits, period) are shown before purchase. Plan details will be specified separately. The set of free features, promotions and trials, limits (including by floor area or number of projects) and prices may change, be introduced or end over time; a period already paid for runs on the terms in force at the time of payment.
Intellectual property
The application itself, its code, design, the "Dwelvia" brand and logo belong to the service operator and are protected by law. These terms do not transfer any rights to them, other than the right to use the service as intended.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is", without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect damages or for decisions made on the basis of the service's indicative results (estimates, material quantities, structural/engineering calculations, standards compliance). Final correctness is confirmed by a licensed professional.
Termination
You may stop using the service at any time and delete your account. We may limit or terminate access in case of a breach of these terms or for technical/legal reasons.
Law, changes, contact
These terms are governed by the law of Ukraine, unless otherwise required by mandatory rules of your
jurisdiction. The service is evolving, so these terms, its features and policies may change over time. The current
version is always on this page with its update date; we will announce material changes on this page or in the app.
Continuing to use the service after changes take effect means you accept the new version; if you do not agree, you
may stop using the service and delete your account. This is a baseline template —
