Dwelvia — online 2D/3D house planner with an automatic construction cost estimate
Dwelvia is a web application for people who plan to build or renovate a private house. In the browser, without installing anything, you draw or generate a floor plan, see the house in 3D, and get a construction cost estimate — materials, engineering networks and reinforced concrete — calculated according to Ukrainian building norms (DBN).
What you can do in Dwelvia
- Plan the house — rooms, walls, doors and windows in a 2D editor; several floors, a basement and an attic.
- Generate a plan — describe the family and the rooms you need, and the app proposes layouts that follow building and ergonomic rules.
- See it in 3D — walk through the house, check furniture, the roof and the facade.
- Estimate the cost — quantities of concrete, rebar, blocks and other materials, with current prices from Ukrainian suppliers.
- Engineering networks — heating, water supply, sewerage (including a local septic system) and electrical wiring laid out on the plan.
- Share with a builder — invite a builder to view the project, or save it to your disk as a
.dwelviafile. - AI assistant (optional) — ask in plain language to change the plan or explain a rule.
